1)Here is a natural beauty tips to be always looking young and has a fair complexion skin. Drinking warm water every morning after waking up from the sleep is the most simple practice to preserve the beauty yet the most effective one. Below is the 'addition' to the above practice.
Place your index finger on both hands on the chin. Dizzy, then turn your finger-to cheeks, nose and bring it to the next to the forehead. This sequence must be followed by drinking warm water after it. For Muslims, blessings upon the prophet 3 times before taking this drink. It should be reminded to drink warm water before taking any breakfast.
Don't forget to try it!! ******************************************************** 2) If you have problems due to difficulty in memorizing any facts & want to be energetic, i suggest u to buy and take honey early in the morning to reduce your problem ! Honey not only supplies energy at 64 calories per tablespoon it also providing fuel to working muscles & contains small amounts of a wide array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants ! And your Lord reveled to the bees (saying ), "Take to yourselves, of the mountains, homes, and of the trees and of whatever they trellis. Thereafter eat of all (kinds of) products , (and) so insert (yourselves) through the ways of your Lord , tractable (to you)." There comes out of their bellies a drink of different colors, wherein is a cure for mankind. Surely in that is indeed a sign for a people who meditate. (Surah An-Nahl-verses Nos 68-69) ****************************************** 3) Dates are very famous during ramadhan. Muslims generally break their fast by eating dates. Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) is reported to have said: "if anyone of you is fasting, let him break his fast with dates." Dates contain sugar, fat and proteins, as well as important vitamins. Modern science has proved that dates are also part of a skin care. They contain vitamin B6 and proteins that useful to prevent dermatitis and make the skin become fresh, clean and soft. Combination of dates, cranberries and apricot juice will produce a skin care formula that contains vitamin C, A and B6. You just need to blend 8 dates, a half cup of cranberries, and a half cup of apricot juice and a half of teaspoon of oatmeal. Then, you can use this mixture as scrub when taking bath. As simple as that, you can get great benefits of dates and you skin will look smoother and fresh.
4) Doctors and fitness experts all over the world recommend balanced diet high in proteins and low in fats and carbohydrates. Diet containing enough vitamins and minerals improve immunity and mental performance. Drink lots of water. Fresh fruit juices are good for health. Beverages like tea, coffee and fizzy drinks must be avoided. Even if you drink tea or coffee try to avoid the consumption of sugar. Exercise regularly. Go for morning walks, jogging, cycling or climb stairs to stay active. It keeps you fit and decreases stress and anxiety. Keep a check on your weight to ensure that you stay fit. Devote your time to pursue your hobbies to get relief from stress and anxiety. Regular health checkups will warn you timely about health complications. Sleep for 8 hours to stay fresh the next day. These are the health tips which should be followed by working women to stay healthy.
